Transportation 

Arrival by bus
Please use following options: peatus.ee or tpilet.ee. You could also use direct page of Lux Express and get your ticket to Tallinn https://luxexpress.eu/

Taxi
We advise using Bolt. It’s easy and affordable. Download the app, and you can see the fees by entering the destination. PS! It’s a bit challenging to get taxi on the street by waving them. Use the app instead.

Joint bus for conference group from Narva to Talinn and back
If you are traveling from Ida-Virumaa, organisers will provide free trasnportation for participants travelling from Ida-Virumaa . On the 7th of June 2024 at 6.30 am all participants who is traveling to the conference will need to be at the bus stoping point:
– Narva
– Sillamäe
– Jõhvi
– Kohtla-Järve
Returning travel will be organised on the same day at 18.00 pm in front of the venue. NB! DO NOT BE LATE, as bus cant wait for you!

Food

Subsistence (meals and coffee breaks) are covered for confirmed participants for the entire duration of the Conferece full programme (including conference, workshops and other events) by the organizers. Subsistence (buffet- lunche, coffee break and reception) are covered by organiser for all officially registered and confirmed participants.

Participants profile

The programm is open to all project target group representatives, experts, guests, students/youth, interested organizations/institutions and NGOs leaders, networks, and individuals representing vulnerable groups.

Suitable profile of participants can be:

  • be aged 16-years or older
  • be ready to share their knowledge and experience in their institutional or organisational context.
  • be experienced in civil society organisation, education, culture and politic processes etc.
  • have multiplying effect (able to spread the outcome of the project events and Conference and share it to their own school/institution, organisation).
  • be able to travel to Talinn on the 7th of June and depart on same day.
  • be willing to actively contribute to the debates and are committed to take part in the whole duration of the project programm.
  • be able to work in Estonian/ Russian or English.
